Spirit Medicine Lessons


MindLight is a gentle, body-based approach to self-awareness and regulation.


It helps you slow down, tune in, and develop practical skills to calm your system, work with your breath, and feel more steady within yourself.

🌿 This may be a good place to start if you:

  • want to feel calmer and more grounded

  • are looking for practical ways to work with stress or overwhelm

  • are beginning to tune into your body and inner awareness

  • Pay as you go, one lesson at a time – work at your own pace, craft your own journey

  • Each 60min lesson can be booked at a time that suits you, via Zoom or at the clinic



  • $187 per lesson, or invite a friend to share the hour with you and pay $99 each

  • Invite two friends, & we'll extend the class to 90min, with each person paying $88

You may find it helpful to move through the lessons in order, though you’re welcome to follow what feels right for you.

Every time a lesson runs, it will be different—reflecting the needs of those present.
