Pay as you go, one lesson at a time – work at your own pace, craft your own journey
Each 60min lesson can be booked at a time that suits you, via Zoom or at the clinic
$187 per lesson, or invite a friend to share the hour with you and pay $99 each
Invite two friends, & we'll extend the sesson to 90min, with each person paying $88
You may find it helpful to move through the lessons in order, though you’re welcome to follow what feels right for you.
You can repeat lessons as needed to deepen your understanding and integrate change.
Each session is shaped by your experiences, allowing the work to unfold in a way that feels personal and relevant.

Re-parent the Inner child with L.U.B. for positive behaviour change & deep emotional healing
Understand why compassion is strategic
Re-parent the child to shift unhelpful patterns
Build self-trust to reduce self-sabotage

~FIND HARMONY AND PEACE~
Resolve tension and conflict within yourself and between yourself and others for inner peace
Learn how to mediate conflict with calm wisdom
Rise above paradox/opposites to higher ground

Each session is tailored to you, and we’ll choose together what feels like the right focus for that session.

It’s a relaxed space where people can share reflections, ask questions, or connect with others who are exploring the lessons. Some people also use it to find others to share a session with. There’s no pressure to participate... it’s simply there if it feels helpful.
