These colourful naturopathic counselling and therapy sessions use an holistic colour-based system Om has developed over 25 years of practice to help clients develop better mindbody awareness and health. Somatic Aura Therapy is a gentle, body-aware approach to emotional healing. I work with both what you’re feeling in the present moment and the deeper patterns held in the body, nervous system, and subtle energy field.


By listening to physical sensations, emotional responses, and the colours and movements I perceive in the aura, we begin to understand the inner stories shaping your experience. This helps bring unconscious patterns into awareness in a way that feels safe, supported, and manageable.

Sessions often include grounding, breath awareness, body-scanning, guided inner imagery, and simple tools to help your system settle and regulate. Rather than pushing or analysing, we allow insight and change to arise naturally as your body and emotions feel heard.

This work is especially helpful for people who:
• feel emotionally overwhelmed or shut down
• carry long-term stress or tension in the body
• are navigating life transitions
• want deeper self-understanding, not just symptom relief

The aim is not to “fix” you, but to help you reconnect with your own inner wisdom, resilience, and capacity to heal.

This consult generally begins with some holistic counselling and self-care coaching via Om's Aura Colour Therapy Cards (an Aura Card Reading) along with a conversation about what it is you wish to address, heal, or change in your life, or within yourself and your relationships with others. This process helps Om tune in to your aura (mindbody), and functions as a preliminary diagnostic. It also allows some space for the healing that can come from feeling felt, heard, and recognised, and having our story reflected back to us and re-told in a more inspiring, empowering way.

During the healing portion of this consult, Om draws on over 30 years experience as an aura therapist to facilitate a healing shift. Om’s healing tool kit includes herbal medicine, naturopathic counselling, lifestyle and self-care coaching, guided imagery, creative visualisation, song/sound healing, colour/art therapy, meditation, mindfulness training, the OMANTRA method, narrative therapy, intrapersonal psychology (inner self work), auric cleansing, chakra balancing, and soul retrieval (an ancient way of saying "recovery from trauma").

Initial/Long consult

90 MINUTE CONSULT

For your first consult, we recommend a longer, 90 minute session, so Om can get to know you properly and gather your full case history.

Follow up/Short consult

60 MINUTE CONSULT

Some clients always use the 60 minute follow up after their initial long consult, whereas other prefer the deep dive of the 90 minute session on an ongoing basis.
